MargaritaRookmaker board & advice was founded in 2019 by Margreet Rookmaker.

She is an independent coach and advisor in the field of management and supervision, having worked for more than 25 years as a commercial and general manager in international business (DSM, Philips, Smurfit Kappa, Thetford). In 2010 she made the switch to publicly funded education and was director and CEO in organizations for higher and vocational education (Fontys, MBO Utrecht) for about 10 years.

In order to be able to properly guide executives and teams, she successfully followed the INSEAD Coaching Certificate course at Fontainebleau in 2020/2021.

Since 2006 she has been a member of the Supervisory Board of various social organizations, including several times appointed on the recommendation of the Works Council.
